Middle School
Be among the first families to join the future LIFA Middle School. Starting in September 2028, LIFA will gradually extend its programme from Upper Primary into Middle School, adding new year groups each year. Pre-registered families receive priority access, project updates and invitations to future information events.
As LIFA grows, students will benefit from a seamless pathway from Primary School to Middle School, combining French academic rigour with an international outlook.
The French Middle School experience.
Middle School marks the transition from guided learning to increasing independence. Students deepen their academic knowledge, strengthen their language skills and prepare for the Diplôme National du Brevet, the first national qualification of the French education system.
The French National Curriculum
French, mathematics, sciences, humanities, technology, arts and languages taught with the rigour and high expectations of the French educational system.
Four languages, one pathway
French remains the language of learning, while English, Russian and Kazakh continue to develop throughout Middle School. Students may also prepare for internationally recognised Cambridge English qualifications.
First national qualifications
Students progressively prepare for the Diplôme National du Brevet, the first official qualification of the French education system and a key milestone on the pathway to Lycée.
